SFJ twin-screw reactive extrusion machine is a kind of special new product developed by JINGGONG Institute in recent years. This twin screw extruder is mainly used for reactive extrusion of various polymers. Recently, our company has made a lot of experimental studies for reactive extrusion. We have successfully designed and manufactured various twin-screw reactive extrusion machines for many domestic enterprises, such as polyaddition, polycondensation, crosslinking, grafting, bulk polymerization of PA66, PVA, PCC, POM, TPU, ABS, para-aramid, and other melamine materials. PVA reaction extrusion and para-aramid reaction extrusion technologies have filled the domestic gaps and reached the international advanced level. Lantytk® can provide small, medium and large SFJ series twin-screw reactive extrusion machines. The screw diameter of this twin screw extruder ranges from 20 to 170 mm. The screw speed can reach 300 to 600 rpm. The output is from 5 to 600 kg/h, which can meet different demands of multi-material reactive extrusion experiment and industrial production.
